The Friends Board Appoints Dalyce Franz as Treasurer

At its March 12 meeting via Zoom, the Board accepted the resignation of Treasurer Don Gibe, who plans to spend more time with his family, hiking, and taking more outstanding outdoor pictures! In that same meeting, the Board approved the appointment of Dalyce Franz, Don’s longtime assistant, as Friends Treasurer.

Ms. Franz, a certified public accountant, is a Las Vegas native with more than a decade of experience providing accounting and financial support to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. She has worked with Wetlands Park Friends since 2019, providing bookkeeping support. She cares deeply about protecting natural spaces and is grateful for the opportunity to support the Friends and their work in our community. Photo credit: D. Franz
