Wiltberger Resigns as Board VP, Takes on Board Secretary

The Friends Board is pleased to announce that during last Thursday’s monthly meeting, it unanimously voted to accept the resignation of Linda Wiltberger as Vice President and her reappointment as Secretary of the Friends Board.

With ties to Clark County Wetlands Park as both a program staff member and volunteer for over 20 years, Ms. Wiltberger is a founding member of the Friends organization. While she served as Board Vice President for nearly four years, she did assume the additional role of interim Secretary during periods when that office was vacant and required support. In her new position, she assumes the traditional roles of Board Secretary, in addition to overseeing the Friends grant development and management effort, an area where she has extensive professional expertise.
