The Friends Board Announces the Appointment of Nancy Munoz to Oversee Friends Social Media Projects

Nancy is a senior at East Career and Technical Academy in Las Vegas, who plans to graduate in the Spring with an advanced honors diploma in marketing and hospitality. She has over seven years’ experience with Instagram and other platforms. She also is a student representative for her school’s Student Council and president of the Nevada DECA organization. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. the It is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO), with more than 200,000 high school members, 4,500 advisors, and 15,000 postsecondary collegiate division members around the world. 

In her capacity as Social Media Project Manager, Ms. Munoz says, “With Friends, I hope to build awareness and engagement within the programs and social media pages. I am very excited and happy to be here.”
